It has always been and continues to be our main priority to keep our patients safe.
With the Coronavirus pandemic changing the way we all work and live, we have introduced new measures and additions to our processes to continually comply with Government guidelines.
At a Distance: Social Distancing:
To maintain the social distancing rule, we are limiting the number of individuals in the clinic at any one time. To do so, we have minimised the waiting time required by creating dedicated slots to each individual with patients now waiting in their car before their appointment. We kindly ask all patients to arrive on time and attend with only one chaperone, If possible – to attend alone.
Ongoing treatments continue as normal, but we aim to lessen any unnecessary face-to-face contact with others, therefore we have put processes in place for our friendly staff to follow up with booked appointments and cashless payments electronically or over the phone.
We’ve Got it Covered: PPE
Our staff are equipped with the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment and will be wearing masks, gloves and visors as they continue to treat you as normal.
During your visit, you will be asked to remove your mask for the duration of your appointment and we have hygienic measures in place to easily dispose of any germs produced throughout orthodontic treatments.
Keeping It Clean: Hygiene Measures
Automatic hand sanitisers have been installed around the clinic for use to keep hands as clean and disinfected as possible. We also are regularly sanitising all surfaces to continually provide a safe and clean environment for our patients.

To continually protect our staff and other patients, each individual will be asked to complete a COVID-19 questionnaire before their visit to ensure everyone is fit and healthy to continue with their treatments.
