Your Information
As part of the patient registration process, we will request some basic personal information and relevant health history from you or your Guardian, so we can provide you with specialist orthodontic treatment and related oral care. To ensure an efficient patient care experience:–
- We will send appointment reminders; patient follow up results /plans and process payments as part of our ongoing patient-practice relationship
- We will discuss and obtain your verbal consent or guardian consent for x-rays and other imaging analysis
- With your consent, we will send you service updates, newsletters, where you can unsubscribe at any time
- You are free to engage with our social channels such as Facebook and Instagram Community. Please refer to their Privacy & Cookie use Polices
- On occasion we make take an image and share for medical opinion. In this instance, we will get explicit consent for the image and where possible ensure anonymity.
Retention
Due to the nature of our work, medical records will be kept for the period of time appropriate to the patient. All patient records are stored securely, minimised to relevant detail and kept in accordance with our Data Retention Policy.
